Whoops. I'm editing this totally. As in never mind.
She says she wants a wheel so she can turn her Trek into a "local use I don't want to ride my pricy bike" and a trainer bike.

I need a cheap but not really horrible 9-speed 700c rear wheel for trainer use.

I was going to be so clever and use MyLilPony's newish Ultegra 6600 wheels from her Ruby (she has Williams on it now) to set her wheel-less 9-speed Trek on the trainer
But alas, it turns out the Ultegras from the Ruby wheels are 10-speed only.

So, if you have line on a Shimano 9-speed compatible rear wheel at a minimal price, please let me know.
