I would remove the add ons-all three.
Then ride it again- if the swaying is gone, them install the add ons one at a time-re-test it.
You might find that one add on is responsible.

It is possible you "changed something" when installing them in which case the problem will still be there when you remove them.

I wouldn't fool with anything else until I removed the parts and retested the bike.
