Proper hole for Rotor Q-rings on RANS Stratus XP
I am preparing to install Rotor Q-rings (MTB 44t-33t-23t, which have only 3 holes in them--not like the road rings that have continuous holes around them) on my RANS Stratus XP. I also have 153mm crank arms. As you can see, I am looking to make it as easy as possible to pedal and relieve strain on my knees. I am a devout spinner!
I have the specific Rotor Q-ring installation instructions for recumbents, but I would like to get advice/experiences from others who specifically have installed them on XPs. The particular bottom bracket height of the XP would make any experiences on other types and models of recumbents not entirely relevant.
To which of the 3 holes in the MTB Rotor Q-rings do you have the crank arms attached?
Thanks, in advance, for your advice/experience.
