This Serfas True 250 ($129) works great for my commute. There are no wires that go on the bike, just the light, the rechargeable battery is inside. It can be recharged on a computer's USB port, or you can plug it in to a wall outlet for a quick charge. The light has four brightness settings and a blinkie mode.
