PLEASE HELP! I need help identifying a head badge and BB Cutout
Below are the pics. This has Campy dropouts and does not have a visible serial number anywhere. I looked and 5 other very experienced people also looked. There are no other marks or panto letters on the frame. There is also no indication of what it could be.. It belonged to a guy that raced in Canada in the 80s. I would love to identify it so I can restore it with the original decals and ride it this spring. Who built this thing?
