Umm... it specifically says "Pair". That's only $107 for the "pair" shipped.. even if they are on the heavy side.
There are some lighter(yet more expensive) ones, also pairs in this thread.

The cost of a pair be $160US and $110US shipping. That's not so good. Plus delivery is 21 days. Clearly they are padding the shipping to make the rims look less expensive.
It's still a pretty good deal as long as the quality is good. I think the real point here is being able to order 1 or 2 rims at a time. Usually to get this kind of pricing involves ordering 50+ rims at a time.
