But solid article otherwise. I bought that "Serotonin Power Diet" book, wasn't real impressed. Kinda underfeeds anyone who does a decent amount of exercise, yet I'm not sure how to tweak it. But it does say to keep the snacks high carb and both low fat and low protein. It suggests stuff like rice cakes and low-fat graham crackers as snacks.
