One concern that I had was the Cromor tubing. It's a seamed tubing and a bit heavier than actual SL. Should build up to a pretty bike for you!
Greg, yes, this is the same one. I played phone/text tag with the guy for a week; I kind of think he was looking for an excuse
not to sell. Said he had car problems and needed to sell for repairs, but he drove out to meet me in a car that appeared to be functioning, and I sort of think that was a ruse to keep the negotiations to a minimum. I did
not pay the asking price though!
I had the same concern about the Cromor myself, but what the heck, I've got a couple of very lightweight steel rides and a couple that weigh more than a water buffalo: this one will fit in the middle of the pack.
