I am not sure if there is a signature bad driver out or particular vehicle to watch for. Bicycle abuse by drivers also falls into a couple categories I can think of...negligence and malice...both kinds of drivers out there to watch out for. One of the most startling things about this forum is all the bicycle crashes that are disclosed. A lot of bikes crashing with cars. I try to limit my time on busy roads with my bike. I know some ride the shoulder of fast moving roads all the time but I believe your risk goes way up when riding off residential streets...and no cake walk on residential streets either as all know.
No safe haven if you want to mix it up on the roads...helps to be lucky and careful.
