Performance brand 56cm steel frame from TrueTemper tubing. Vertical dropouts, braze-ons for rear and front racks and fenders, good as a touring or commuting bike. $60, or $80 with the 105 wheelset shown. I can also throw in some other parts to help with the build.

Also has a Trek 720 frame listed for $250
