Don’t get me wrong, of all vintage components that are no longer being made Cinelli quill stems plus bars are not particular hard to find, it's just a thought!
The market for new ones is probably too small, especially when every idiot and his brother is selling vintage ones on flea-bay. You kinda wonder though, how they got all these vintage stems, are there vintage bikes wandering around missing their stems?
