The Nashbar-branded chains are made by KMC. I run eitehr KMC or the Nashbar ones exclusively now. Nashbars cassettes are okay too.

But, with four bikes, I'm finding better deals overall in the UK. I use Ribble Cycles UK. I keep a list of stuff I'll need and when I get to a decent amount I place a single large order to save on the shipping. Things like Continental tires at half the price of Bike Tires Direct are one of the reasons I shop there.

For wheels, I still recommend something hand-built. You get a better wheel and at better price and all the parts are universal so that if trouble comes your way, you're not waiting around to order special spokes and crap.
