(Pic of Bedford)I own a 1985 Fuji Bedford, Men's, Blue, 3-speed with a Shimano hub in back. The bottom bracket shell is the piece onto which the pedal crank arms attach. To see under it, flip the bicycle upside down and look for the numbers on the lowest part of the frame, the round shell cylinder. I think Taiwan at this point is the center of bicycle manufacturing.
