I find a great tempo song is "Tell Her About It" on repeat. Throw it in 1 or 2 gears harder than your TT effort and go through the song once, shift down for the next time through, and then repeat. Do about 5 or 6 of them at 4 minutes per interval, it's an easy 40-50 min workout...if you can stand the same song over and over that is.
