Which Mavics do you have? Any other stuff laying around--seat, pedals, stuff like that?
Think I can do it with the Zen of Bicycle Maintenance and my carry along toolset? Actually, I do have some bike tools and I am thinking of working on it myself until I get in trouble (which probably won't be long). I do have some manuals and a pretty good guy (not Buck) at the LBS that has been understanding and helpful when I have done stupid stuff in the past.
The Mavics were on the tribike when I bought it so I'm not sure, but I know they should work at least in the beginning. I'll see what they are when I'm home and report back.
