last time i went to the bike shop to do that i came home with a new bike and have been throwing all my money at it at the moment trying to get it where i want it before race season. ill get back to the old Lemond after i buy new shifters for the new Fuji (use old Fuji shifters to fix Lemond)

i did make myself ride that night though. i hit the trainer at like 9:30pm and watched the new sufferfest video i got. today all the motivation i needed to ride was seening the sun melt all the snow off the roads and dry them up. it was still 34* and i just got a nasty cold but i got a short 20mi ride in anyways and finally got to test out the new PR3s.
