Bikes: '92 22" Cannondale M2000, '92 Cannondale R1000 Tandem, another modern Canndondale tandem, Two Holy Grail '86 Cannondale ST800s 27" (68.5cm) Touring bike w/Superbe Pro components and Phil Wood hubs. A bunch of other 27" ST frames & bikes.

I like my Mavic 501s, and my Phil Wood hubs are nice.

The Sansin hubs on the tandem are beautiful, but I replaced the rear with a Hope freehub just for the axle strength. 140mm is really hard on a freewheel axle, that is if its not a Phil Wood.

I'm surprised nobody is mentioning the Phil Wood hubs that Rivendell has that are cut out.

Phil Wood will custom work any hub in just about any way you want. You want High Flange machined hubs they'll make 'em.
