You're putting in a lot of miles so I assume you're in training. I'm not certain doing the same distance hard 4-5 times/week is the most efficient way to train your body. In addition to the mileage increase you may be experiencing fatigue in your legs which can be changing your body position or increasing the weight on your seat.
