You kinda lost me toward the end there... or lost something, anyway . I'm right there with you as far as the frustration goes. I think the only practical solution is just to avoid working on French bikes but I have a difficult time with that too. Aside from that, we'd might as well start a French "standards" support group.

Edit: Additionally, I can't get the image of Joe Pesci from Goodfellas going nuts on Old Yeller out of my head . See? Working on French bikes too much makes you crazy.
