Paul - That is a pretty good price. Question, though - are there many steep hills where you ride? Steep, as in you needed to use the small chairing on your hybrid? If not (and assuming your hybrid also has a triple chainring), you might want to see if you can get the compact version rather than the triple. A little less weight, and slightly easier to keep adjusted. If all you can get is the triple, it's not a deal-breaker, just something to consider.
