Any comments on the durability of the cleats for both? I'm currently riding mtn pedals and am looking for road pedals, durability is more important to weight to me as I'm no lightweight myself...
Comparing grip cleats, shimano seems to last longer than the keos IMO. I feel like shimano designed the cleats with the grip points in mind. Keos seem like they just slapped the grips on their original design.
