I'm trying to decide if I want to do both races next week or not. Last week in Cat5 I stayed with the group for two laps and then couldn't handle it anymore. Everyone gunned it out of corners and I can only lay down power like that standing - not something I wanted to do with the squirrel-y guys in the second group.

So, I just waited for the groups to come back around and I'd jump in the get some good group time for a couple laps and then die again.

PS: Don't get me started on the juniors riding S-Works frames and Cervelos.
Some advice: focus on staying in the top 10. If you have to work harder on the straights, it's worth it. Also, work on your spin during the week: if you can spin up a smaller gear without having to drop a cog and stand, it's quicker, smoother, and less tiring.

ps: Lucas is getting my Cervelo when he starts racing juniors. Of course, it'll be vintage by then.
