It's a mid to late 1970s Rekord, though I'm not quite sure which variant. It's appears to have an Ofmega crankset and a Campagnolo Gran Sport rear derailleur which is normal for the Rekord 748. Yet the front derailleur is Valentino and there's no apparent Columbus decal. This may be a hi-tensile, tubi calibrati frame, typical of lower Rekord models. The brakes are Universal and are period correct, though I can't positively identify which model. Lack of pantographing is also correct for the era.

Value is going to depend on the frame material. Get a pic of the decal just above the shifters, as I believe it's the tubi calibrati decala and it amy also include the model number. Also, get the serial number, which should be located on the collar of the upper, head lug. That will tell us the exact year. Since your concerned about the brakes, a better pic would help in determining the exact model.
