$100 is at the top end of the price range, but if it's in decent shape, and it looks like it is, then $100 would be a go for me. Heck I've seen fair condition Schwinn Varsity's go for more then that where I live (Fort Wayne), and I wouldn't touch one of those! There's one of those Viva's on E-bay trying to get a bid started at $99 and yours looks to be in better shape.
