Bikes: Vassago Fisticuff/Surly Ogre/Surly Pugsley/Surly Pugsley 29+

My XTR's will full stop f/r and not allow me to pedal or move the wheels. Are the pads worn? Recheck your bleed? Maybe the pads are glazed over?

I use Alligator Serrated 180f/160r weigh 240lbs, and I use sintered pads.
