We're having a spell of great weather and yesterday was no exception. Did a 15+ mile coffee run on the tandem in 60 deg temps with sunny skies. Averaged 16.6 which isn't bad considering stops and warm-up. Today I can really feel the effect of weight training and riding on alternate days - I'm sore, but it's a good sore I think. At my age assuming a 1% loss of strength under ideal conditions from 40 y/o on I can only be 77.78%
