First try to identify what led you into a funk. If it is something as simple as hating your workout routine, then look for alternatives or something you can do to change it around.

If it is more complex (like a series of events) then seeking professional help would be advised.

<I would offer you my professional expertise but I missed my final payment of $19.95 to that "As seen on TV" ad. Besides I was thinking about changing it to a law degree anyway. Or for just $5 more I could I could get both>.
