Need price and info on a 2005 cannondale r700, currently I am riding a 2007 specialized allez, base model that I put a complete 105 drivetrain on, like it a lot .

Came across this cannondale r700, bought new in 05, ridden 6 times could not have been much, it looks showroom new. I rode it, felt great and fit great. Thing is I was not looking for a bike, price was 850.00 and after week of haggling I can buy for 450.00 here are the specs of the cannondale. Would this be a worthy upgrade?
