My LBS owner is planning on putting Phil Wood cassette/A719/Jack Browns on his. I'm not sure those are going to fit with fenders, but I'm not sure if he's planning on installing any. 700cx32mm with fenders is probably how I'd go, unless they'd fit 35s with fenders. I'm hankering for a 650B build myself, though.
