You need to get it out, grease the threads, then tighten the hell out of it when you put it back in. If that dosen't solve it (which it will), then you will need to check other things like chainring bolts.......etc.
Oh yea, its a sealed ISIS unit. I like that suggestion about the chainrings also. Im going to take off hte BB and regrease the threads. I dont imagine there is a shortage of grease as i was fairly liberal when i installed it but then again this has been the wettest spring i remember
