no if you can i would get it from the local bike shop. if they were to go out of buisness because everyone bought online it would suck when you needed something worked on or a part fast wouldnt it. if it were more than that i might tell you to get them online but paying an extra $100 for wheels built at you local bike shop doesnt seem bad and im sure they will keep them true for you as well as supply small parts as well. just my 2 cents
