I think LG gives the best value of all the manufacturers.
Almost all of my gear is LG.
I used to have a nice set of LG booties. They were plenty warm, down to probably 10-15 F, with a couple of pair of wool socks.
They lasted about two months.
If you're out in nasty icy weather and forced to dismount a lot, booties get trashed unless they're really reinforced.
