I took my XC bike over to the South Hill bluff tonight after work, with the goal of doing several high-intensity climbs with as much vertical as possible in the least distance, since my leg strength is really pathetic right now. Conditions were very nice, it's frozen mud so traction is great. I tackled four challenging climbs that should help get my legs back (and cardio too).
I saw one rider and stopped to talk for a minute, he was having a good ride too
