I believe (unless earleybird is willing to set the record straight) that "hashing" is riding from pub to pub. I'm still waiting for earleybird to clarify this from an early post.

On a more serious note- I was given a deck of cards with smoothie recipies on one side and a picture of the finished product on the other. Yum Yum, you can make them good and healthy or as bad for you as you want.
