I've been trying something different this week -- riding to work in the morning before I eat breakfast. Supposedly exercising on an empty stomach will help you lose weight. We'll see about that. However, it's not as bad as I expected and I've had plenty of energy to ride 10 miles on an empty stomach. I miss my bowl of cereal and milk in the mornings, however, as I'm having to get by on instant oatmeal at the office for breakfast.
