Arrrgh! Thanks for pointing this out. It used to work, but it looks like some other changes in the program have broken it.
I plan on making it much more tandem-friendly in the next update. Specifically, when you enter a ride for a Tandem bike (as specified by the bike type field), it will ask you who the Stoker was. Then, when you save the ride it will save two copies - one for you, and one for the Stoker.
