I'm 5ft 10, I don't remember exactly when I crossed over the 200lb mark, but I do recall I was 207lbs in 1985 at the ripe old age of 23 , so that's 25 years and counting. I was 298lbs at my heaviest and am now down to 214, non-clydedom is almost within reach
