Moraga is about the lowest crime, safest town in the Bay Area too. Its a real bummer. I called the cops just to see if they had busted anyone with a bike on them or anything, and the guy said they had no thefts reported or arrests in the area but that he sees garages left open constantly all over town...people move there to live in a town like that, but these days I guess there just isn't any such thing anywhere
