I have seen some threads on Maps for riding Cape Cod, and they look great, but I was wondering who has ridden these trails, and what they are like. Is the trail pretty flat? How busy are the trails? Which one is better for a longer (25+) ride with a good average speed (18 mph +)... stuff like that.

Any help would be great.
