About 14 miles in the morning before catching on train

I started using it for interval now that I am used to the distance once or twice a week. I do 30 miles round trip a day. I am okay with hot cocoa but I figured anything with good proportion of protein would be better. (Other than energy drink while riding, it's the first thing I am eating/drinking in the morning). And problem is, I am on train for next one hour after the ride until actual breakfast in office. I have been doing hot cocoa and chewing cliff bar but wanted something a little more convenient than... stiff cliff bar.
I am thinking powdered milk with cocoa mix would be pretty good based on general consensus here?
