I want to install a SRAM external bottom bracket onto an older '98 Titanium frame. I understand that the bottom bracket shell should be faced. I've read that titanium frames are hard on facing tools. I would like my LBS to do this, but I'm afraid that they won't have a sharp enough tool to do this job correctly.

Can anyone recommend me a good shop that can do this? I would like to go to a place that has done this before. Firsthand account would be appreciated. I would prefer a place near a BART station.
