Looks close to the earlier (?) Aero Mighty which came on a mid-70s Japanese sport tourer I have. My logo is engraved; yours looks printed. Sugino produced for Suntour and there a lot of similarity in configuration over the years.

OP's link didn't work for me but mid '80s Sugino would likely correspond to same period Suntour "offset".

Then there's the AT, the BT......
