HELP --Vintage Eaton's Bike that needs identifying

All I know about the bike that it was made in England for the Eatons company of Canada and that it has a leather seat with pocket behind it and is black in color with red and gold pinstriping. The front emblem says Commander under the crest. I think it is from the 1940s or 1950s but I am not sure. The serial # BL 1260. I wish to know more information if anyone can help, thanks! P.S a few pics are included with this post.
