I'm aware that people read the same questions a thousand times, but it's just a waste of everyone's time if someone decides to not completely analyze the situation before jumping in with a suggestion. Imagine you're in a coffee shop asking a friend for advice on something and suddenly a stranger who has heard maybe 4 or 5 words decides he has your solution irregardless of any previous points you made. It's kind of rude and a waste of his own breath. Well intentioned, maybe, but still of no benefit to anyone involved.
If you're going to bother offering any advice or opinions in a public forum, it makes perfect sense to read every post completely before weighing in. It just makes sense. You wouldn't go to a meeting at work, listen to half of it and then ever so confidently weigh in with a strong opinion if you're aware that you don't have all the facts at hand and/or misunderstood a part of the presentation, would you? I think the same logic applies here.
