Anybody else having this issue with orders placed in December? PBK has some generic text about homeland security causing delays and xmas backlog. Could be, but I'd like to make sure I'm not alone in this. If I am, I'll probably begin a chargeback here soon (if its even still possible).

PBK has no way to track the shipment at all, nor do I. Their disclaimer text claims it can take up to 28 days to have a package delivered, which I have now exceeded.

This isn't the first time I've ordered from PBK, just the first time its taken over 7 days.
