Hey bigbossman, that is similar to my '76 Pioneer SX650 receiver that I bought in high school and still use. I wish I still had the Yamaha manual turntable, but I traded it as a lazy teen for an automatic Technics. I still have that one, plus picked up a direct drive Technics at local thrift a few years ago. I also miss my original Jensen LS-5 series lab speakers - they were huge, but the Pioneer could drive them, even with only 35 watts per channel. I use old JBL bookshelfs now. My middle daughter plays trumpet in the high school jazz band and we have enjoyed listening to some of my old jazz albums together. She hasn't gotten into the rock albums, though.
Best wishes to all!
