Hey everyone. Wondering if you might be able to help me identify what kind of frame this might be. I'm in the market for a frame for my girlfriend. I want to build her something like this bike, but since she's a bit shorter, I don't want to sacrifice the geometry and buy a smaller frame that has an awkward slanting top tube like you see in the Kilo TT frames and other smaller frames. Any suggestions on smaller frames (in the 50ish cm range) that will still keep a similar geometry when they drop in size? Is that even possible? She's about 5'7" if that helps. On a tight budget too. I've been looking at the Scrambler V3 frames that are only $127 right now... and I love that price. Thanks for any help!
