i just went threw this debate myself. really if you want a light set of wheels go whith Soul if you want a smooth fast rolling set of wheels whit great customer service go with Williams. i ended up getting a set of Willliams system 30s and they roll amazingly well. another thing to mention is if you need the wheels in a hurry you will be able to get the Williams wheels long before the Soul wheels.
