Bikes: 02 GTO, 2011 Magnum

My first measured ride was an out of breath 6 miles.
Had to stop three times to recover.

To get stronger I went on a 5 mile ride plan.
Ride 5 miles, rest, do it again.
Rode 40 miles, 80 laps around the block one day. 5 miles at a time.
You become much stronger each week as you ride.
