I have called Speedplay customer service at least a half dozen times and they have always been helpful to me. They have sent me spacers and screws free of charge and left me voice mails with suggestions to questions I posted on their website. They have treated me fairly and I really like their products. Until they hurt me personally, I will continue to use them.
